Аннотация:
В обзорной статье проводится анализ ряда психологических, физических (соматических и травматических) факторов, имеющих существенное значение для развития ПТСР. Показана своеобразная клинико-психологическая динамика изначально функционально-психологических постстрессовых (боевых) расстройств в экзогенно-органические. Высказывается предположение, что данная динамика имеет в основе ряд морфологических, нейроэндокринных, физиологических изменений в ЦНС, подтверждаемых рядом нейровизуализационных, гормональных и других исследований.
